Small Group Training

For someone who wants to take the programming off their hands! When you show up to a group session you’ll know that your workout is already pre-planned! Each session will have a mix of weight training, cardio training, and fun sprinkled in! You’ll never have to second guess if you’re doing something right or wrong because I”ll be there watching and motivating you through every station.
